Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on the 9th of February 1997 to her biological Filipino parents. Her mother was raised in the slums by her parents before she reached the age of 3. Her adoption was later completed. The father of her adoptive family is white American with military experience and her mother who adopted her is Filipino.
