Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful partner JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. Most people know me via my Instagram @annephung where I share my daily life, highs and lows, as well as everything inbetween. In 1990, my family relocated to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of the success. It was my plan to attend school in order to finish my studies and secure a good job. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. The life I had thought I would have did not turn out to be. The money and the status of my position did not make me happy. I felt as if I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. I possessed a love of fitness and having fun and helping people when I was navigating my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. The business I started in the year 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year birthday this year. Few Asian women work in the fashion industry. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to provide high-quality coaching and assist others in achieving better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their goals. Also, I'm dedicated to supporting others so that they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mother was the greatest hit to my personal life. She won her eight year struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart always. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe is a way of offering us the things we need. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to transition into her new chapter, and my chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. The thing I'm feeling now as I enter my 30s, is an experience of vitality and awareness. It feels like I am truly living, instead of just being. My life is shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories and words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of achieving anything you want to. Therapy is vital and is normal. Health is the greatest riches. Since death is the only thing we have in life I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
